Donald L. Myles, Jr. to Present at PLRB/LIRB Claims Conference and CLM Conference
Donald L. Myles, Jr., a partner at Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, P.L.C, will present, "Exposure Recognition: Recognition & Evaluation of Severity," at the 2010 PLRB/LIRB Claims Conference on March 23, 2010 in San Antonio, TX. In addition, Don will present, "Technology for Maximum Impact At Trial and Mediation," at the CLM Annual Conference on March 24, 2010 in Jacksonville, FL.
Don has been a partner with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since 1987 and concentrates his practice on insurance coverage, bad faith and professional liability. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
Don is the past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC) and the USLAW Network. He is currently Arizona State Representative for the Council on Litigation Management. He is the past chair of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel's Professional Liability Committee and its Extra-Contractual/Bad Faith Committee. Don is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), having tried in excess of 45 cases to verdict. He has published articles concerning professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as trial practices and procedures. Don has spoken at seminars in California, Texas, Florida, Connecticut, Arizona and Canada regarding litigation related issues, as well as trial practices and procedures.
