For more than 25 years, Mike has represented individuals and companies in matters involving construction defect, personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, and professional liability. He has served as Vice Chair of the Premises & Security Liability Section of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, as past-President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, on the Construction Law Steering Committee for the Defense Research Institute, on the Executive Council for the State Bar’s Construction Section, and led the firm’s Construction Trial Group for 10 years. Committed to helping his clients better manage their businesses, Mike frequently presents at national industry events and has authored numerous educational articles, including the Arizona Construction Practice Manual published by the Arizona State Bar.
