Clarice Spicker is a senior associate in the firm’s trucking and transportation defense group, focusing her practice in matters involving wrongful death and personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage and third-party liability, and general civil litigation. She is an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), and former board member of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. Clarice frequently presents to clients and industry professionals on topics involving trucking and transportation litigation and emerging trends, and has authored articles for USLAW’s various publications.
