The firm is proud to again sponsor the Bar Leadership Institute and host the November 13 session, “The Path to Lawyer Well Being.” Partner and member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee Cristina Chait will begin the half-day session with a welcome message, followed by educational programming for the 16 participants. Topics include Mindfulness in the Law, Beyond Good and Email: The Art & Science of Productivity, The Relationship You Need to Get Right: Mentoring and Sponsorship, and a Community Service Project.

The Bar Leadership Institute is a 9-month program designed to develop the next generation of diverse Arizona attorneys and community leaders. Participants are provided with networking opportunities, training and education, community awareness and other skills necessary to benefit the diverse communities in which they work, live and serve. Many BLI graduates have gone on to assume leadership positions in Arizona, including serving on the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Governors.
