Before moving from Texas to Arizona, Mr. Patel worked at an insurance defense law firm where his practice included defending corporations, municipalities, and employers in civil rights and employment matters. Since 2013, Mr. Patel has been practicing labor and employment law in Arizona, representing clients in Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, ADA and wrongful termination cases. He has also represented clients in proceedings before the NLRB. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Arizona, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Arizona, the Northern District of Texas and the Western District of Texas.
