Mitch Merchant takes on his new role at JSH as IT Director. Mr. Merchant brings with him 15 years of IT experience within the legal industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. His transition from Electrical Engineering to IT stemmed from a natural curiosity in network systems and the flexibility they offer. He moved to Arizona in 1991 with his wife of 21 years and four children.
The forward direction of the firm requires a solid backbone of technology and constant upkeep. Mr. Merchant’s addition to the JSH team is timely due to the upcoming move downtown. His guidance of JSH’s IT staff will be parallel to his collaboration with the other Directors to ensure a successful transition to the new facilities and to maintain the upkeep of technology services.
