Daniel Shudlick is part of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli’s Municipal & Employment Trial Group. He represents government entities and a variety of employment and personnel claims, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage complaints, and other employment-related legal matters.

Daniel served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Randall M. Howe, Arizona Court of Appeals, over the past two years, and for another year prior to that as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Janet Bostwick, Pima County Superior Court. These experiences provided him with opportunities to review the appellate and civil record, write bench memorandums, compile jury instructions, and work on a variety of subject matters.

After earning his undergraduate degree (English; Minor in Business Administration) at Marquette University, he went on to earn his Master of Fine Arts law degree from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he delivered the 2019 graduating class speech.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking, working out, and wood working. He was married in 2020 and he and his wife have two big dogs, a cat, and hope to add kids to the brood in the near future.
